Swapped to EllesmereUI nameplates and improved raid and party unit frames for healers!

Time to upgrade our UI's in time for season 2! These changes are now available for subs on Wago and in my Discord:

Nameplates

Swapped from Plater to EllesmereUI's nameplates. It does the trick and it's one less addon!

Healer unit frames

EllesmereUI has added a new welcomed function in which healer specs can have separate settings for unit frames and this is now implemented in KushUI. This means that changing spec from for example shadow to holy priest now also automatically changes the positioning of your raid and party frames to better fit the needs when healing.

Known issues

For now, there is a bug with some of the settings passing on over to DPS but I think it's such a big improvement overall so we're dealing with that for now and I am gonna investigate if I am able to fix it on my end or if EllesmereUI is rolling out a fix in the nearby feature.

Hotfixes

I also made some hotfixes to some CDMs while I was at it. Mostly for healer specs but there is also a few updates for some DPS specs.
