If you rather use import strings to install the UI, you have to install the chosen addons manually.

Download the Wago App from wago.io. It's the desktop app that manages the install, so it's not something you get from inside WoW. Once you sign in, connect the account you have subscribed with (Twitch or Patreon) and press Install on Kush UI, the Wago App sets up its in-game installer for you automatically, so there's nothing extra to grab once that's done.

You can find them in a channel on Discord only visible to subscribers. If you can't see it, make sure you have an active Twitch or Patreon subscription and that your account is connected to your Discord.

This means the wrong profile got imported. Re-open the Wago App, re-import Kush UI, and make sure you're applying the Kush UI profile in each addon's profile dropdown rather than a default or leftover one.

I have double nameplates.

Accepted Answer

This happens when EllesmereUI's own nameplate module is running alongside Plater. Open EllesmereUI's options and turn off its nameplates. Plater already handles nameplates in the pack.

My unit frames use different textures than the screenshots.

Make sure SharedMedia is installed. Without it, the pack falls back to a random texture instead of the one it's set to use. Then double-check your unit frame texture is set to "Melli Dark".

Why does my UI look different from the stream?

Kush sometimes tests tweaks live on stream before they're rolled into the next pack update, so small differences are expected until that update ships. If the difference is bigger than a few settings, double check you're on the matching resolution profile (1080p or 1440p) and that you've installed the latest UI release and that every addon is updated.

How do I reset the UI to default if something's gone wrong?
